About Carolina Family Practice and Sports Medicine

CFPSM is a 10 provider practice (2 PA-C's, 2 DO's, 6 MD's) in two locations. All of our physicians are dual-credentialed in family practice and sports medicine. Both of our PAs are also certified athletic trainers.

Our clinical staff consists of CMA's, RNs, LPNs, and certfied athletic trainers. We serve 30,000+ patients in rapidly growing Triangle region of North Carolina.

We are a group of dedicated physicians and staff providing comprehensive primary, preventive, and sports medicine health care services to patients of all ages and athletes of all skill levels.

Our goal is to help our patients achieve optimum well-being through education, anticipatory guidance and strategic medical interventions.

We are the medical providers for the Carolina Hurricanes, USA Baseball, Carolina Ballet, and several Wake County High Schools.
