About Casa Colina Centers for Rehabilitation

The Casa Colina Sports Medicine Center has a full spectrum of medical and rehabilitation services designed to cater to injured athletes, including those with head trauma and concussion. The state-of-the-art center is located in Eastern Los Angeles County in Pomona, CA and is overseen by a board certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine. Together, with Casa Colina’s multidisciplinary staff of neuropsychologists, physical therapists, and certified athletic trainers, they work to ensure a safe return to play for athletes of all ages and ability levels. The Casa Colina medical and rehabilitation team creates a customized treatment plan for each individual athlete that ensures successful outcomes after a sports-related injury.

ImPACT History:

Casa Colina is a new Clinical Provider for the ImPACT program, and the only facility in the Inland Empire to provide baseline and post injury evaluation and care to the athlete with mild to severe concussion.
