Kids, Sports and Concussions
NBC LA
Fall season sports are about to begin and there is an increased amount of concussions and other brain injuries. A new program called Protecting Athletes Through Concussion Education was created to increase awareness by testing kids on a computer that measures memory and reaction time. Testimonials
I love [ImPACT], I consider it a functional evaluation of the brain. By using the computer lab at the school, I am able to run 20 athletes at a time. I believe ImPACT will soon be the gold standard in return to play.
