Once your account is set up, you will be invoiced by email. Payment is expected in 30 days. You can pay online with a credit card.
You can enter a PO when you order, send a check or pay by credit card. Payment is not taken at purchase, invoice is emailed when account is set up.
You will be emailed a renewal notice a couple months before the expiration date. If you would like to find your renewal date or request an invoice, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Schools have one year to use the package tests. The package must be renewed each year. Tests do not carry over to the following year.
A couple months before your renewal, you will be contacted by email. When you reply to the renewal email, simply ask to change packages. The change will be reflected in the next invoice. You can also upgrade mid season if you feel more tests are needed, email email@example.com.
